When you apply for a role through our Careers page, we collect the details you provide in the application form — including your name, contact information, employment history, compensation expectations, skills, resume, and any optional photo — along with your IP address and browser information for security purposes.
How we use it
Information submitted through the careers application form is used solely for recruitment purposes: reviewing your candidacy, contacting you about current or future openings, and maintaining records of past applicants. We do not sell or rent applicant information to third parties.
How we store it
Resumes and application data are stored on our servers with restricted access, limited to authorized HR personnel. Uploaded files are not publicly accessible and can only be retrieved through our internal recruitment dashboard.
Retention
We retain application records for as long as reasonably necessary to consider you for current and future roles, or until you request removal.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your application data at any time by emailing hr@fcsinfotech.com.
